At OMC Parish School, we are blessed with many excellent models of leadership. Parents exhibit leadership through the Home and School Association and its many committees, events, and efforts. The School Advisory Board, made up of administrators, parents, and community leaders, exhibits leadership in forging and fostering the strategic school plan. Our Faculty exhibits leadership every day in the classrooms. Through the Code of Courtesy, our students progressively learn and grow in their leadership skills with each passing grade (including opportunities such as Student Council and volunteering in the Community) while modeling leadership skills to the younger students.
But we are particularly blessed with exceptional pastoral and administrative leadership. The rest of us just follow their fine example.

Sue Lasek, Administrative Assistant
Likely the first person to greet you as you enter Our Mother of Consolation School or call the office will be Mrs. Sue Lasek. Sue attended Catholic elementary school and high school in the Philadelphia area and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in English from Chestnut Hill College. She became involved with OMC School in 1991 when her children began attending the school and first worked as a Pre-K and Kindergarten aide.
After a number of years as an aide, Mrs. Lasek became the Office Administrative Assistant in 2000 and is an integral part of the School’s fabric. Her warm welcoming spirit with every parent or student who walks through the door sets the tone for the family atmosphere that you’ll find throughout our school.
